Once and from the beginning that the Gulls had to go with Hackett it was just a matter of time - the Reign took advantage.. as good teams are wont to do and with Gulls # 1 center out it - really close games all and with the OT's thrown in Gulls just didn't have the center depth -
Have a feeling more than a few of these guys on both sides will be seeing quite a bit of each other in the years going forward -

Good series, congrats on the win. Hopefully the young players in San Diego will learn from this experience and be better next year in Anaheim and San Diego.

Beautiful. Should only serve to create even more bitterness between SoCal hockey fans haha. Which is good for the sport, frankly. Would be pretty impressive to wo back to back championships. Long way to go, but very possible now.

Very nice! Really want to see the younger kids play in 16/17.

With Sutter it's doubtful but he does want to see change so maybe it's an option.

It was Amadio who broke up the San Diego rush, and backhanded a pass off the boards behind the Gulls D to create the 2 on 1 goal by Auger for the win. A huge contribution that could easily be overlooked.

I really like how Amadio is an up and coming good prospect. Hopefully it continues in the AHL then NHL.

This was a much better game to attend, lots more people there, the energy in the building was awesome. I will be going to lots more games out there in the future.

Good win for the Reign!!
